Our team delivered a sensitive yet forward-thinking refurbishment, balancing historic charm with modern efficiency to create an inviting and highly functional workplace.

Design
The refurbishment carefully preserved key architectural features, such as original Crittall windows and the heritage staircase, ensuring the building’s character remained intact. The ground floor was redesigned to introduce a new shared reception and a multi-user access control system, providing seamless entry for all occupants.
Sustainability
A fully electric HVAC system was installed, featuring high-efficiency VRF systems and heat recovery ventilation to improve air quality and energy efficiency. The original Erco lighting track system was reused to reduce waste and enhance the workspace aesthetic.
Solutions
Our Civil & Structural team executed key upgrades, including reconfiguring the lower-ground floor and removing an inter-floor staircase, requiring precise slab strengthening. These enhancements improved flexibility and usability for future tenants.
