RICS Awards 2020

We are delighted that our Edinburgh Printmakers project won two RICS Social Impact Awards under the Heritage category as well as winning the top prize ‘Project of the Year’ 2020.

Edinburgh Printmakers, located at Fountainbridge in Edinburgh, saw the refurbishment of a listed former Northern British Rubber Company building providing new archives, gallery spaces, artist’s studios café/bar and printmaking studio.

The awards which were pre-recorded and took place virtually were hosted by property professional Phil Spencer and ITV’s Emma Jesson on Friday 23rd April. Edinburgh Printmakers  – which was described as a ‘multi-faceted gem’ – will go on to to be shortlisted at the regional finalists in London later this year.

Well done to all those in the design team that were involved!
