South Beach Medical Centre
Description
An architecturally award-winning GP practice and community health centre in a Grade C listed building. There was particular emphasis placed on the sustainability and energy efficiency of the project whilst also maintaining a sensitive approach that respects the historic integrity of the building. The project has since received a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’, integrating a predominately natural ventilation strategy and thermal performance.
