The redevelopment combines the restoration of the town hall with a new extension, serviced apartments, refurbished community halls and gardens, and upgraded performance spaces.

Our team worked closely with the client and wider design team to balance current performance requirements with the town hall’s existing character.
Modernising with sensitivity

We also provided technical guidance and supported funding bids, helping secure investment in low-carbon technologies and sustainable infrastructure.
The result is a restored local landmark that retains its heritage while creating new opportunities for the island community.
