This signature project for Apex Hotels involved the conversion of a 1960's built concrete framed building to a stunning, contemporary hotel. This involved the construction of 2 new roof top storeys, the re-cladding of the perimeter walls with Portland stone and numerous internal alterations to meet the client's specific requirements.
