Refurbishment of the existing School of Architecture building whilst the client remains in occupation and the works are undertaken in three annual phases to 2009. The new accommodation shall comprise museum, archive and conservation spaces at basement level and the complete renewal and upgrade of the M&E installation over the whole building.
