Full refurbishment of existing Grade A listed building within a world heritage designated area to provide new UK headquarters accommodation to HBoS. Refurbishment proposals include the reinstatement of the original accommodation on the upper floors, the three storey Great Hall plus self contained museum space and general office accommodation.
